The Kickstart Scheme

We are proud supporters of the Kickstart Scheme!

At Guinness Care, our mission is to improve people's lives and create possibilities for them.

That's why we're proud to be supporting the Kickstart Scheme, helping young adults to get the best possible start in the world of work.

What is the Kickstart Scheme?

It’s a fantastic opportunity for young adults aged 16-24 years and on Universal Credit to gain valuable experience in their

chosen career through a 6-month paid placement with some of the country’s top employers.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to get back into the world of work, the Kickstart Scheme can help you to develop your skills and enhance your CV, while giving you a chance to determine if a particular role or industry is right for you.

Why choose Guinness Care?

We take pride in investing in our people to fulfil our vision of being a Great Place to Work. From day one, you’ll be provided with training, career coaching and 1-2-1 mentoring, with unlimited access to a wealth of resources on our e-learning platform. You’ll also gain a foothold in the growing care sector while making meaningful impact on some of the most vulnerable people in the local community.
